Process Operator Team Leader Permanent - Full time position – Narangba, QLD$42.23 per hour + penalties for overtime Monday to Friday, 6am starts Full Uniforms provided The Oils and Technical Services (OTS) division of Cleanaway services much more than your standard collection of household waste.

Our team supports the collection, treatment, processing and recycling of liquid and hazardous waste, including industrial waste, grease trap waste, oily waters and paints About The Role Based at our Narangba depot, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to: Complete all records and paperwork correctly, as directed and required by CWY, law & regulators Ensure safe work practices and adherence to policies and procedures including Absolutes and Lifesaving rules as well as reporting of unsafe practices and potential and actual incidents Undertake any other duties, accountabilities and responsibilities as directed Supervise and assist in the training of all levels of Process Operators Prepare and document waste products to be removed from site Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles Decant, clean, repackage, store and dispose of packaged waste Sample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or required Undertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment About You To be successful in the role, you will have the following: Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience Current Forklift licence with a minimum of 12 months experience Excavator and Loader tickets (highly advantageous)Current driver's licence Class CAbility to work both autonomously and as part of a team Zero Harm Safety mindset Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn  Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test About Us Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.
