Job Overview
As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our Oncology ward. This involves coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based and ensuring efficient and effective management.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical operational direction and be accountable for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the Oncology ward
  • Coordinate the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based
  • Manage human, financial, and material resources effectively
Requirements
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Working with Children check
  • Previous experience at NUM level or equivalent (min. 3 years)
  • Compliance with ACSQHC National standards
  • A strong commitment to developing in a management role
  • Computer literacy including MS office and various data bases
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
  • Proven time management and prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge base in labour management
  • Demonstrated HR management experience
