Economic Policy Professional

We are seeking a seasoned policy professional to join our team as a Policy Lead. As a key member of our policy development unit, you will play a critical role in shaping the department's economic growth strategy.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing authoritative and timely advice on economic policy issues. They will be able to analyze complex problems, identify options, and develop high-quality recommendations for senior executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading policy development to increase economic growth and employment in Victoria;
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members;
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders;
- Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
