This is a full-time on-site role for a License Advisor and Sales professional based in Melbourne, VIC. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on the licensing process, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales calls, and training clients on the application process. This role requires consistent communication with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Experience in sales is not required as training is available. Ability to work independently and within a team is also necessary. Knowledge of the building and construction industry is preferred. A positive and proactive attitude is required. Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, customer service, or related fields are beneficial.
Work Environment
