Key Responsibilities- Facilitate engaging, goal-oriented gaming sessions using recovery-based and person-centred active support models.
- Support participants of various backgrounds and identities to build independence, social connections, and interpersonal skills through structured gameplay.
- Identify and address barriers to participation, using gaming strategies to support individual goals and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, and contribute to client planning and compliance requirements.
- We are looking for passionate and empowering individuals who can create a supportive and inclusive gaming environment.
- You will use empathy, initiative, and creativity to adapt gameplay to individual needs and goals.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
