Chaplaincy Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to provide person-centred chaplaincy/pastoral care to meet the needs of our residents, clients, staff, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual support and guidance to residents, clients, and staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Christian churches and other community groups.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Preferred tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy or theology, and/or experience in chaplaincy and/or pastoral care.
  • Ability to demonstrate high Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart.
  • Active involvement in a local Christian Church, with recommendation.
  • Current checks, or willingness to obtain WWCC, WWVP, and NDIS checks.
  • Experience working in collaborative settings.
  • Willingness to undergo a police check.
