Are you seeking a challenging and rewarding career in HR? As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders as we embark on significant changes and initiatives.
You will be based at our head office, Monday to Friday, reporting directly to the Group HR Manager. A background in the Building & Construction industry is not essential; however, this position requires several years of experience supporting a large and diverse blue-collar workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level advice on organisational policies, award interpretation, and HR best practices
- Handling sensitive and confidential information
- Leading change management initiatives across the organisation
- Conducting workplace investigations and providing recommendations to resolve issues
- Supporting the performance review process, including probation assessments and performance improvement plans
- Mentoring HR team members on ER and IR topics
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- Previous experience supporting a blue-collar workforce
- A strong understanding of employment legislation
- The ability to work independently, confidentially, and with integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
- A current driver's license
