Job Title

Field Service Technician (Laundry Equipment)


Overview


We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair laundry equipment at commercial and industrial sites.


The successful candidate will have experience in electrical/mechanical trades, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities


  • Install and commission laundry equipment at customer sites
  • Maintain and repair laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on site
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Endorse company products and services
  • Represent the employing company professionally

Requirements


  • Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification or relevant experience
  • Unrestricted electricians license or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematic diagrams/drawings
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Valid and current driving license
