Sales Executive Job Description

Tactiq is a global SaaS startup transforming teams' productivity and innovation through AI-driven knowledge extraction.

As a Sales Executive, you'll spearhead our expansion into the European market. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and establish Tactiq as the go-to solution for mid-corporate and enterprise teams seeking conversational insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals for enterprise and mid-corporate accounts.
  • Leverage multiple outbound channels and prospecting skills to identify key decision-makers and qualify high-potential leads using ICP metrics.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, provide confident data-driven forecasts, and iteratively develop key account plans.
  • Showcase Tactiq's power through compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's specific needs.
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and product champions, becoming a trusted advisor on meeting productivity.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving ARR and expansion growth for Tactiq in the European market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A subject matter expert in technology sales with a wide-ranging experience, using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve multiple tasks and issues creatively.
  • A self-starter who thrives on the thrill of the chase and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands dirty.
  • Multi-tenant sales targeting expertise: owning a history of selling into various customer audiences (not just technical or business), confidently addressing different customer queries and use cases through multiple angles of a product.
  • Enterprise/Mid-Corporate Sales Experience: Proven track record of success selling SaaS solutions to enterprise and mid-corporate clients.
  • Familiarity with product-led sales, distinguishing PQA from PQL to execute an efficient lead-generation process.
