About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key contributor to revenue growth and exceptional customer outcomes, you will be a domain expert for industrial AI capabilities. You will partner with sales, presales, R&D, and services teams to position industry-leading AI capabilities in customer scenarios and deliver measurable business value.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with account teams to qualify and shape AI opportunities from initial conversations through to deal closure.
  • You will engage stakeholders at all levels to position us as the AI technology partner of choice.
  • You will lead discovery and qualification sessions, matching customer needs to relevant AI capabilities and shaping solution approaches.
  • You will configure and deliver compelling solution demonstrations, balancing visionary scenarios with practical proposals.
  • You will present at executive briefings, customer workshops, trade shows, and industry events as a trusted advisor.
  • You will advise customers on medium- to long-term AI possibilities to address emerging challenges.
  • You will shape go-to-market approaches for specific customers, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities with a strong understanding of our offering.
Requirements
  • You have 5+ years' experience in presales, consulting, or technology solution roles, ideally with AI or enterprise software.
  • You have a proven track record in positioning and delivering complex solutions that unlock business value.
  • You have strong industry knowledge in one of our core verticals.
  • You can engage with technical and business stakeholders.
  • You have demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and compelling presentations.
  • You have excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
