Senior Windows Desktop Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Desktop Engineer to join our team. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our Federal Government Client team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and providing Level 3 support for Standard Operating Environments (SOE), Enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, Remote access solutions, and Package deployment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) using Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Standard Operating Environments (SOE)

  • Provide Level 3 support for SOE, Enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, Remote access solutions, and Package deployment

  • Maintain and improve existing systems and processes

Required Skills:
