Job Summary

As a Child Protection Manager, you will lead allocated teams in providing delivery of services that achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the Family Finding Team, as well as contributing to activities aligned with our strategic direction.

About You
  • You are passionate about the welfare of children and young people.
  • You have three years' experience working with children, youth, and families in statutory care, ideally within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to handle challenges in an organisation driven by change and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the Family Finding Team.
  • Contribute to activities aligned with our strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a sound understanding of child protection and out-of-home care frameworks.
