About us
- Old MacDonald's Child Care (OMCC) is a purpose-built private childcare service in Orchard Hills (Erskine Park side). Our childcare service caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We operate 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday
- Friday, 50 weeks per year.

This is a rare opportunity to work in suburbia on 6.5 acres with animals (cow, sheep, alpaca, pig, goats, rabbits and chickens),provide tractor/ trailer rides for the children and have a beautifully designed play space that incorporates sustainability for the children to explore for hours.

OMCC has an abundance of outdoor natural play spaces with grass and gardens.

About the position
- We are seeking an ambitious person to join our team as a maintenance/ groundsman. Duties include maintaining lawns, trimming hedges, animal husbandry, maintaining play areas, cleaning footpaths and all other general maintenance throughout the service.

Previous experience in a similar role will assist the successful applicant to maintain the equipment and be able to operate power tools in a safe manner. Safety within the service is paramount. A warm, friendly, flexible, can-do attitude will enable you to be an effective in communicating with all people within the organisation.

Positions

1x Casual position 20-30 hours per week with occasional weekend work for task that can not be complete while the children are at the service.

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

This position has been identified as a child-related position under Child Protection Laws in NSW. To be eligible to apply, applicants need to provide OMCC with a valid copy of the WWCC number.

How to apply

- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one before employment commences)
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate
