We are seeking highly skilled Medical Practitioners to join our team in Tasmania. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who value diversity and inclusivity.
The role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans in consultation with other healthcare professionals. You will work in medical settings such as hospitals, clinics, or community health services across various locations in South, North, and North West regions of Tasmania.
- To be successful, you must be a registered Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia, possess relevant post-graduate experience and specialist training, and meet the essential requirements for the role.

Please note that this is a fixed-term and casual employment opportunity, and you may be required to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Remuneration for this role is based on the Australian Public Service classification system, with salaries ranging from $128,750 to $183,340 per annum for Career Medical Officers (Level 1-7), $187,460 to $206,000 per annum for Senior Career Medical Officers (Level 1-3), and $134,930 to $189,005 per annum for Registrars/Senior Registrars (Medical Practitioner Level 5-11).
Key Requirements:- Conviction checks in the areas of Crimes of Violence, Sex Related Offenses, Serious Drug Offenses, Crimes involving dishonesty, Identification check, Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
