Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized sessions with members to craft a bespoke property portfolio strategy
  • Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable options based on their portfolio plan
  • Manage the entire member journey, from initial consultation to post-purchase support
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient capacity management
  • Maintain an exceptional end-to-end member experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through referrals and strategic partnerships
  • Evaluate purchase performance and introduce members to additional resources for continued growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success within the property investment sector
  • Proficient in standard computer systems and CRM tools
  • Self-driven, sets ambitious goals, and commits to achieving them
  • Puts the needs of clients above all else
