We are seeking a Strategic Property Steward to assist the Diocesan Property Services Manager in overseeing maintenance and administration of Diocesan properties. The role involves supporting budgeting and financial planning for property maintenance, including oversight of capital projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing building projects and residential properties, with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. They will excel at guiding teams and adapting to diverse working styles and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Diocesan Property Services Manager with budgeting and financial planning for property maintenance.
  • Assisting with the management and maintenance of Diocesan properties.
  • Oversight of internal database management systems for the coordination of non-commercial building maintenance works.
  • Coordination of property inspections and oversight of repair and renovation projects.
  • Preparation of recommendations for internal and external approvals.
  • Liaison with government departments and local authorities on property-related matters.
