This role is part of the Global Human Resources Operations team, responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise. The scope of work includes administering accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various segment HR policies and handling enterprise HR inquiries efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include delivering system changes to support employee work life cycle events, daily system maintenance, and conducting routine system transactions specific to the role.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems such as SAP and Workday. They must also be able to learn new complex systems, handle confidential information, drive processes, and deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationships and trust-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
