Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants at VMCH Corpus Christi, Clayton. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and care to residents according to their individual care plans and preferences.
- Apply person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents, considering their individual needs, strengths, and life stages.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- Previous experience working in an aged care facility.
- Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
