Senior Client Advisor

High-net-worth clients seek trusted advisors to guide them in achieving their financial goals. As a key part of our client-facing team, you will provide expert advice and support to help these clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations, and needs;
  • Act as the first point of contact for segmented clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience;
  • Support ongoing client lifecycle management through regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions, and timely responses to queries;
  • Provide accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of client interactions;
  • Proactively contact customers to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities;
  • Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners;
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone (inbound and outbound calling), webinar, and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team who will support relevant content;
  • Write market commentaries as needed;
  • Meet annually with customers face-to-face and conduct monthly telephone discussions relating to their ongoing progress;
  • Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years relationship management experience within the financial services sector;
  • Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs.
