Key Role Summary

This is a senior leadership position driving construction performance, managing and mentoring a skilled team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality repair outcomes across a dynamic project portfolio.

  • Deliver timely, high-quality, and profitable repairs meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Set standards for project delivery, subcontractor management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor construction performance metrics and resolve escalations with technical leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards, codes, and WHS legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, training, and team performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits, lead state construction meetings, and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements Overview
  • Senior-level experience in construction leadership, ideally within the insurance or remedial building sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building codes, standards, and WHS compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage commercial risk, and exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • A collaborative leader passionate about quality, service, and continuous improvement.
