Project Lead Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Manage project teams, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects.
  • Experience in subdivision projects is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
