  • Artist Management: overseeing the day-to-day management of artists, handling enquiries, portfolio requests and contract negotiations.

  • Agency Operations: responsible for the overall management of all agency activities, including marketing strategies and project management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A passion for art and design with a deep understanding of community needs.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on business development and negotiation.
  • Strong production experience, detail-oriented with excellent budgeting and billing skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and project planning abilities.
