Program Development Specialist

The Educational Program Lead will oversee the development and implementation of an education program for children, focusing on their overall well-being, growth, and learning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the educational program in collaboration with Assistant Coordinators/Coordinators.
- Ensure that children's learning and development inform the design of the educational program, and educators facilitate and extend each child's learning and development.
- Maintain effective relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Support educators in understanding the educational program and practice, including reflection on program effectiveness, interactions, intentional teaching, and other strategies.
- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, along with demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Have had sound experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
- Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of approved learning frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Currently possess, or be willing to obtain, a Blue Card.
