Program Director

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care program in a specialist school setting. This role is part of our commitment to supporting children with complex disabilities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help plan and prepare child-focused programs that meet the individual needs of each participant. They will also foster a positive team culture through coaching, training and reflective practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in disability, education or community services. They will be confident in behavioural management and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

**Job Requirements:**

• Must be available to work during service hours: 2:00pm - 6:00pm and during school holiday periods (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• Employee Working with Children Check valid in Victoria
• Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
• Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
• Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check
