Specialist School Program Leader

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program. As a passionate and dedicated individual, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for children with complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the OSHC service by providing high-quality programs and services that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Help plan and prepare child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting.
- Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualized care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A completed or in-progress ACECQA recognized qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check in Victoria.
- A current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting certification.
- A willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
