Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and working collaboratively with others.


About the Role:
  • This is a customer-facing position where you will be responsible for responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • You will troubleshoot order and product-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Collaboration with logistics and operations teams is essential to manage order fulfilment challenges effectively.
  • You will maintain accurate customer records and case tracking within our CRM system.
  • Providing feedback to improve service processes and customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role.
  • In cases where issues cannot be resolved, you will escalate them to senior team members or relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot order and product-related issues, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case tracking.
  • Provide feedback to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
