About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Line Superintendent to join our team on the Copperstring Project. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the construction of high-voltage transmission lines, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of transmission staff and contractors to deliver the project scope
  • Coordinate with local subcontractors and landowners to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize local business involvement and community engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in transmission line construction, with at least 2 years as a superintendent
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, with experience in planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Commercial experience, including planning and monitoring of costs and resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
