Retail Customer Service Representative Job Description

Job Overview

This is a part-time retail customer service representative role located in our support center. We are seeking an individual to join our team and provide exceptional customer experience, maintain a clean and organized store atmosphere, and assist with inventory and daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to Work Independently and Multitask in a Fast-Paced Retail Environment
  • Strong Collaboration and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Comfort Using Multiple Systems and Screens; Microsoft Office Proficiency Required
  • Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Handle Guest Concerns with Empathy and Tact
