We are seeking a highly results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding Hobart team. This is a pure 'hunter' role focused on actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory of Hobart to build a robust sales pipeline.
The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed their territory targets, prospect and qualify new business opportunities, and develop solutions that accurately measure and estimate projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets.
- Prospect and Qualify by researching, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Develop Solutions by accurately measuring and estimating projects, crafting compelling proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling.
- Experience in researching and actively targeting new customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales data management.
- Prior experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
