Job Title: Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Specialist to lead our vulnerability management efforts across AWS Cloud, applications, and on-prem environments.

This role will require you to own and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures, as well as produce security metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for supporting audit and compliance efforts including SOC2 and ISO 27001, monitoring security alerts, and coordinating incident response with our MSSP (Expel).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead vulnerability management across AWS Cloud, applications, and on-prem environments.
  • Owning and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Producing security metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting audit and compliance efforts including SOC2 and ISO 27001.
  • Monitoring security alerts and coordinating incident response.
Requirements:
  • Experience in security roles such as analyst, engineer, or architect.
  • Strong AWS security skills including networking, IAM, and monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of vulnerability management and cloud risk.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools and governance practices.
  • Scripting or automation skills.
  • Familiarity with SOC2/ISO audits and tools like Expel, ELK stack, Kafka, MongoDB, Spark.
