Job Title: Enterprise Sales Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, responsible for generating revenue through new sales and account growth.

  • Research companies in the cloud security and enterprise cybersecurity space to identify opportunities for Trend Micro products and services.
  • Engage with existing leads and contacts to understand customer pain points and requirements for cloud security solutions.
  • Convert leads into opportunities and drive them to closure independently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cloud security and enterprise cybersecurity space.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Provide consultative advice on Trend Micro products and services to customers.

3. Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in an outbound sales role in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and the cloud industry.
  • Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and ask clarifying questions to bring the conversation forward.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into easy-to-understand business language.
