Senior Compliance Specialist Job Description:

This senior role will be part of a leading compliance advisory team and serve as the primary contact for the Superannuation Team. The position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance processes, as well as compliance monitoring functions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in superannuation compliance, with a minimum of ten years of relevant work experience. They will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide expert advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance on regulatory obligations and ensuring adequacy of business practices
  • Identifying and addressing compliance risks through training and policy development
  • Participating in project workstreams to evolve the company's superannuation compliance offer
  • Assessing and reporting on complex incidents and breaches

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
