Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 or more years leading high-performing teams
  • A degree or qualification in Management, or similar, with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Advanced strategy and planning skills, including the ability to think strategically on both organisational and systemic levels over multi-year horizons
