About Our Business Accounting Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Accountant to join our team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of accounts, tax returns, BAS, FBT and payroll tax returns for various clients.
- The Business Accountant will also build and maintain strong relationships with our clients as part of an effective client service delivery team.
- This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to wider firm initiatives across the business.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of professional experience within a chartered accounting environment.
- A CA professional accreditation or currently studying is highly desirable.
- The Business Accountant must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, the successful candidate will have the ability to manage competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment and be adaptable to work across multiple managers.
- Experience in the use of Xero accounting software will be highly regarded.
