About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Manager to join our team at Cucina Porto. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including coaching and developing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of Cucina Porto, including food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses.
  • Plan and execute bespoke events in line with our guest experience strategy, leveraging supplier partnerships.
  • Review and analyse the daily operational needs, maintaining food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our service culture.
Requirements
  • Extensive management experience in high-end restaurants, executive lounges, or bars.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
  • Proactive and well-rounded leader who can empower and encourage the team to deliver a personalised and professional service to all guests.
  • Confidence to lead a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on operational approach with a passion for developing your career.
