Requirements- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including members, staff, and external partners.
Facility or Venue Management ExperienceProven experience in facility or venue management, with a strong understanding of operations, maintenance, and customer service.
Team Management and LeadershipMore than 3 years' experience in managing a small team, with a proactive approach to developing and upskilling staff.
Love of SportA love of sport, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer service and community engagement.
Technology and Process ImprovementAbility to use technology to improve processes and efficiency, with previous experience using Envibe and Deputy an advantage.
Staff Scheduling and WHSStaff scheduling experience and a strong understanding of WHS obligations and reporting requirements.
Certifications and QualificationsFirst Aid and CPR Certificate, NSW Working with Children's Check, and a valid Driver's Licence.
