About the Role:

We have exciting full-time positions available for Sales and Customer Service Consultants, known internally as Local Community Consultants, to work with us. As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering Medibank products and services to your community. When customers reach out, you will take individual responsibility for providing exceptional service from start to finish. Your diverse skill set will enable you to address a variety of everyday challenges and assist local customers through their preferred communication channels, whether in person, over the phone, or via messaging.

You are inquisitive, imaginative, and take ownership of achieving results, with a readiness to explore new ideas and methods. You adapt swiftly to new challenges and prioritize your customers' needs.
