**Job Opportunity:** Gaming Supervisor

The Furlan Club is a social club with a Bistro, Gaming Room, Ballroom and Bar in Thornbury, VIC.

**Bistro Furlan**: Open from Tues - Sun (Dinner) and Fri (Lunch & Dinner). Our guests enjoy fantastic food in a warm, rustic atmosphere with an intimate setting.

**Gaming Room**: Open from Tues - Sun (11:00am - Late) with 30 Gaming Machines and Lounge area hosting Poker Nights on Friday & Saturday evenings as well as Members Night coming soon to Thursday evenings.

**Ballroom**:Open for private functions, this room serves balls, dances, corporate events, fundraisers and private parties.

**About the role**

An exciting opportunity exists for a Gaming Supervisor to join our team part-time with full-time possibilities. This role could range from 20-38 hrs/week, we offer flexibility with shifts keeping in mind Thurs-Sat are our busiest times at night.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Day to day operations of a gaming room such as book pays, hopper refills and cashiering duties.
  • Attention to detail towards cleanliness and presentation.
  • Providing exceptional customer services to our gaming and lounge patrons.
  • Strong cash handling skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Responsible Service of Gambling and gaming compliance.
  • Deliver a fantastic customer experience to every guest.
  • Perform till / POS operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Must have current RSA and RSG (Module 1 & 2) certificates.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a gaming environment would be ideal.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible rostered shifts including days, nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and service skills.
  • The ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
