High Level Performance Consultant for Women's and Children's Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - Performance and Culture (ASO7) to join our dynamic team at the Women's and Children's Health Network.
In this key lead role, you will provide high level advice and support on complex employee relations and staff misconduct and performance matters. You will lead and provide advice to Executives, Senior Managers and HR Consultants on industrial relations matters and transitional phases to be undertaken in accordance with approved plans and culture change.
You will work collaboratively across the People & Culture Directorate to support the development and creation of programs relating to CREATE Together.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high level advice and support on complex employee relations and staff misconduct and performance matters.

Estimated Salary: $108,109 to $116,864 per annum.
