Job DescriptionThis is a part-time opportunity to join our Paediatric Chronic Pain Team as a Senior Clinical/Health Psychologist. The role involves working closely with children and their families to develop, coordinate and implement high-quality psychological and therapeutic services. You will use your expertise to provide inpatient and outpatient care, focusing on the health, psychological well-being and overall quality of life of our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to apply specialised skills in analysing complex clinical problems and formulating appropriate courses of action.
- Experience in conducting psychological assessment and intervention with children, young people and families experiencing complex emotional, behavioural and/or cognitive difficulties.
- Demonstrated leadership and co-ordination experience in a related area.
- Willingness to undertake and collaborate in research opportunities that develop excellent service provision for children and young people with chronic pain.
- A salary package of $104,180 to $111,746 per year.
- Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
- A range of benefits, including living expenses up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.
