Job Title: Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a part-time role with a leading firm in the CBD, providing administrative support and working 3 or 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspondence and Administration
  • Managing our database and setting up new engagements
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems and office service standards
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies
  • Managing the phone switchboard and greeting clients for meetings
  • Managing office facilities
  • Regularly ordering stationery and kitchen items
  • Reviewing and sending ATO and ASIC correspondence
Requirements:
