We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Consumer Growth Team as the Head of Acquisition Performance and Enablement. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of AGL's residential and SME customer base across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Consumer Growth strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the analysis of sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to drive growth.
  • Provide sales enablement and capability development to ensure best-in-class sales execution and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage market and competitor data to inform sales strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and embed Lean/Agile program and project management governance approaches to drive operational excellence.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in customer acquisition performance and enablement. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the energy retail industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
