Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, with a focus on cloud services, technology partner agreements, and data privacy.
  • Support Genesys sales growth in APAC and provide commercial and general legal advice to the business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide strategic advice to the business.
Requirements
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of legal experience in technology or a related field, with a focus on cloud services and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
