About the Position:

The Department of Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Mail, Digitisation, and Office Services team.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring relationships with suppliers, interactions with key clients, and quality of staff inputs meet service requirements agreed with customers. You will also ensure all documentation is regularly updated according to monitoring and reporting of service levels, staff, and customer feedback.

You will provide functional leadership, expert advice on policies, strategies, processes, frameworks, and potential investments. Your expertise will drive initiatives and efficiencies that improve the delivery of services across the department and positively impact customer service expectations.

About You:

  • You possess tertiary qualifications in fields related to records management, information management, project management, or business.
  • You have advanced expertise and knowledge to benefit strategic planning and organisation-wide outcomes.
  • You can operate with autonomy and accountability, providing leadership and guidance based on your expertise.
  • You are skilled in maintaining proactive relationships across the organisation and wider public sector.
  • You can effectively manage and provide leadership across a range of shared services.
