Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marine project delivery from start to finish.

  • Maintain and monitor schedules and budgets, track progress, and prepare project reports.
  • Review tenders, supplier quotes, and contract documents to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and value for money.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership on commercial and contractual decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marine project delivery from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by maintaining and monitoring schedules and budgets.
  • Prepare and record variations and work completion forms.
  • Monitor and record variances in contract progress and schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in project coordination/management in the marine, shipyard, industrial, or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in project review, analysis, and contract administration.
  • Strong financial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and assess value-for-money.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP).
