We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate vessel bookings, including haul-outs, returns, and marina stays">
  • Communicate with customers and on-site tenants via email, phone, and in-person">
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, two-way radios, and face-to-face enquiries">
  • Process payments, quotes, invoices, and general administrative tasks">
  • Schedule vessels movements and bookings">
  • Utilize Marina Master software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)">
  • Work onsite full-time with a dynamic team environment">

Requirements and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • A foundation of marine knowledge, understanding boats and the industry is preferred">
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a diverse customer base">
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment">
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with solid administrative capabilities">
  • Previous experience using Marina Master (or similar) is highly desirable">
  • Full Australian working rights">
