Accessibility Test Lead / Accessibility SME

This role offers a chance to join our team and shape the accessibility strategy for digital products. As an expert in WCAG 2.2 AA, you will ensure that all solutions meet high standards of accessibility.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines and experience with tools such as axe, WAVE, and Accessibility Insights. Additionally, proficiency in Assistive Technologies (AT) like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack is essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent stakeholder communication skills are required to mentor team members and raise awareness of accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities include defining accessibility test strategy, conducting manual audits, documenting findings in ACR/VPAT-style reports, and working closely with UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure accessibility is integrated throughout the SDLC.
