We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing technical solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales professionals in winning opportunities by understanding customer needs and providing market feedback.
  • Assist in defining technical requirements and developing solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to address customer technical and application requirements.
  • Provide coaching to sales professionals on application specialty.
  • Achieve orders, margin, and growth for assigned areas of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business or engineering related discipline.
  • 10+ years of technical solution experience.
  • Domain experience in Access Control and Video Surveillance systems.
  • Essential technical experience with skills in field hardware, Fire, PAVA, Security or BMS systems.
  • Ability to position technical features/functions into customer value.
