About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, focusing on financial hardship assessments. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their circumstances and provide tailored solutions within our financial assistance framework.
">As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing customer applications for financial assistance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will work efficiently, with empathy and understanding, to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
">You will support the assessment process across all our brands and products at Bank of Queensland (BOQ) Group, including Retail, Commercial, and Equipment Financial Hardship applications. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive quality service and support while navigating difficult financial situations.

About You

You should possess a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
