    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
    • Investigate HSE incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
    • Provide HSE training and education to project personnel, including subcontractors.
    • Ensure availability of PPE and enforce its use.
    • Manage and maintain HSE records, including incident reports, inspection reports, and training records.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for all site-related HSE matters.
    • Work closely with SPM and Technical Program Manager to integrate HSE into project aspects.
    • Foster a culture of safety throughout the project.
    • Manage and coordinate emergency response plans.
