- Provide HSE training and education to project personnel, including subcontractors.
- Ensure availability of PPE and enforce its use.
- Manage and maintain HSE records, including incident reports, inspection reports, and training records.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all site-related HSE matters.
- Work closely with SPM and Technical Program Manager to integrate HSE into project aspects.
- Foster a culture of safety throughout the project.
- Manage and coordinate emergency response plans.
